Located on a 30 acre estate with panoramic views on the surrounding hills. This beautifully restored farmhouse is an excellent base for trips to the Sousa Valley region and the Douro Basin which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
This villa has an unique atmosphere with stylish and comfortable furniture. Each of the four bedrooms is privileged with a private bathroom. The villa has a spacious terrace with barbecue and a large table to enjoy meals outside. A path through sprawling lawns is leading to a spectacular oval swimming pool which is situated between the vineyards. On the estate there is a main residence with a bed and breakfast accommodation, a small restaurant which is open for guests, and a conference / banquet hall with various cultural activities during the summer months. The villa is completely independent and the swimming pool is private.

The charming town of Amarante, which is situated on the banks of the river Tâmega is a short drive away. Here you will find a wide choice of shops, bars, restaurants and an 18 holes golf course.
The Tâmega river, which originates in Spain, is the longest tributary of the Douro River and flows through the heart of this beautiful city. Porto, a city on the World Heritage List, is worth to see and visit the world famous Port wine cellars. Porto is about 30 minutes.

Ground floor: Comfortable and spacious living / dining room with sofas, satellite television and
fireplace. Guest toilet and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.
First floor: Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. Two bedrooms each with twin beds and private bathroom. Spacious bedroom with two single beds with en suite bathroom with shower.
Outside: Large covered terrace with barbecue. The large pool (11 meters long and 6 meters wide) is situated in a well maintained, spacious garden and surrounded by vineyards. The depth is between 1 and 1.70 meter. Pool shower. Guests may use the games room in the main building at the estate.
