A charming and typical farmhouse from the 19th century, situated in the hills near Moledo, a picturesque village overlooking the mouth of the River Minho, where also the most northern Atlantic beaches of Portugal found. The villa is surrounded by orchards and colorful garden with fruit trees, where you can enjoy peaceful walks. This house has a typical rustic style with wooden ceilings and an old stone fireplace. It was restored by the current owners and is now a comfortable holiday accommodation.Special attention is paid to preserving the original structure and its features. The charming balcony, a typical feature of the local farms, overlooking the garden. The pool is surrounded by large lawns with shaded areas ideal for outdoor fine dining. The center of Moledo is about 3 km. drive. Here you will find the necessary shops. The beach is very popular with families during the summer months. From the train station you can travel to Vigo in Spain. Several restaurants and shops are located around the beautiful central square in Caminha, about 10 km. drive. In the ancient Roman town of Ponte de Lima you will find an excellent 18-hole golf course. It is only 30 minutes driving.

Outside: well maintained garden with mature trees. Covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. Pool house with kitchenette and a nearby built-in barbecue. The pool is 12 meters long and 6 meters wide. The depth is 0.90 to 2.20 meters. Shower and toilet.
